Delivery Terms and Conditions
Holiday Animal delivers flowers and vases to recipients in our local delivery area. At the present time we do not ship any of our products.
During peak demand times, we may partner with a delivery service to ensure your floral gift arrives fresh and ready to enjoy. When we do so we will notify you ahead of time to confirm your approval. Our promise to you is white glove delivery service to ensure your flowers arrive safely. As such, it is always our goal to deliver our own products whenever possible.
We deliver Monday through Friday in the afternoon. Our mornings are busy at flower market and creating our designs. It is expected that you will let us know if there are potentially any barriers to personal delivery so that we can do our best to work around them.
While we can’t control conditions out of our control (closed roads, severe weather conditions, etc.) we try to go above and beyond to make it right when the unexpected happens. We will let you know via text or a phone call if we hit a roadblock and discuss options with you.
In certain circumstances (e.g. the recipient lives in a guard gated area that does not accept deliveries, nobody is at the house to accept delivery) we may not feel comfortable leaving fresh flowers. In that case we will attempt to contact you for instructions as to where and when you would like your gift to be handed off.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order on HolidayAnimal.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Holiday Animal have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement in writing signed by us, we will automatically bill the credit card submitted as part of the order process for such price. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a confirmation email once your order is delivered. All purchases are non-refundable.
You are not required to create an account in order to purchase from Holiday Animal, although creating one can make the process easier for you, especially if you intend to reorder. An account provides you with easy access to print your receipts, view your past purchases, and make notes about your product preferences.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders placed through this website.
Delivery
Holiday Animal delivers flowers at no extra charge within our local delivery area. Expedited Shipping can be requested for orders made after 11:00 am, and we will make an attempt to expedite delivery same day. In such case, a $25 expedited delivery fee will apply. We also will consider deliveries just outside our delivery area for an additional fee.
Regretfully, we, or our delivery partners, are only able to make one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient, or authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, and unable to contact you for alternative arrangements, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence. This is not ideal for anyone, so we do our best to avoid this.

Unless otherwise specified, all website content (“Site Content”) is the sole intellectual property of Holiday Animal LLC. All Site Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We provide the Site and Services in good faith. We do not guarantee that this website or our services will meet your particular purpose or need, is error-free, reliable and available at all times.
The Vintage Aspect of our Business
Vintage items are seldom perfect. Small scratches, scuffs, nicks, and dents are not only expected but often considered desirable as an authentic testament to age. While the vast majority of our items will be viewed subjectively as being in very good or excellent condition, we guarantee only that the condition is good, with age-appropriate wear. We would rather our customers be pleasantly surprised than rudely awakened. Beyond that, we make every effort to discover serious flaws and report them to you.We always strive to exceed customer expectations, so if you have any issues at all, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
